Daniel Smight is a formerly NY, now LA-based editor with ample experience on both fast-paced commercial projects, branded content docs, narrative shorts and nonfiction features.

He just finished a four month stint as an AE on the Vice Studios / MAX documentary #BAMARUSH, directed by Rachel Fleit and currently works as a staff AE on the VICE Studios team, covering development projects, sizzle pitches and general in-house needs.

 

He knows the nitty-gritty of codecs, frame rates, and deliverable

specs like the back of his hand. He has been cutting with Adobe Premiere Pro - and using the entire Creative Cloud suite - for over ten years now but has no problem jumping in and out of different systems and softwares to suit the needs of any given project.

 

He's equipped for both in-person and remote work. Rates available
